Playing with Chocolate

So, I bought two 4 oz bars of bittersweet chocolate and made as many different snacks as possible before it ran out.   My first few experiments came from Martha Stewart and Canadian Living.  When I finished those, I just began dipping fruit into the chocolate.

My next project was to try to make a chocolate rose, but that didn't work out.  So, I used this Chocolate Plastic (melted chocolate and corn syrup) to decorate some sugar cookies and ice cream.  This chocolate has a great chewy texture.
